Q: Do you have a return policy? A: Yes we do, 7 days from receiving the package, you can receive a full refund minus the shipping charge.
Q: What's your shipping policy on retail bobbleheads? A: We ship all products via FedEx unless paid via PayPal in which the product ships USPS Priority Mail. Express and International shipping is available as well.
Q: Is there any kind of sales tax on retail bobbleheads? A: As we are located in Kansas City, Mo, all products shipping within the state of Missouri must be charged a sales tax of 7.725%.
